Years later, we adapted that manual into three training videos for agents, supervisors, and customer service representatives. They were filmed on-site at Focus’ headquarters in Eldersburg, featuring our hardworking employees and agents.
Now distributed by SNUG (Startel National Users Group), they are considered the industry standard for office answering services.

The Focus Family deeply values the service and contributions of our military. Owners Tom and Jim Reandeau both served in the Air Force following in the footsteps of their father and grandfather.
