Focus on Focus President

In 1987 Donna West entered the telephone answering service/call center industry after several years as a successful consultant to the Medical community. The phenomenal growth of Focus during its early years made her a sought after advisor to other telephone answering service owners. She has become a popular speaker and award-winning author in this industry.

Under her guidance, Focus pioneered some of the more advanced telephone answering service concepts, among them, single call handling (callers are not put on hold), on-call coordinators to assure dispatching accuracy, and innovative training programs. She has made Focus a Multiple Award-Winning Call Center.

Donna has received the President's Award and the Sharing Award given by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI) in recognition of her efforts to help other call centers reach their full potential. She is the author of three extremely popular, industry-specific, training DVDs. She is a member of the Board of Directors of ATSI and is the Chair of the ATSI Education Foundation. She is also active in her local business community and is a doting grandmother.

Lannette Gerbrick, VP of Business Development:
Lannette is responsible for company growth and overseeing the sales and customer service departments. She also designs and develops marketing materials and campaigns.

Tom Reandeau, VP of Operations:
Tom is responsible for all of our technology including telephony, Internet, and our proprietary computers and servers. He also oversees the senior administrative team.

Jim Reandeau, CFO:
Jim is responsible for the financial well being of Focus including accounts payable and receivables.

Annamaria Spolnicki, Director of Customer Care:
Anna is responsible for keeping our customers happy. She researches customer call inquiries and educates customers and employees about services and procedures.

Barbara Ireland, Director of Operations:
Barbara is responsible for the supervisors and agents who are the front line crew at Focus.

Misty Novak, Director of Call Center Services:
Misty is responsible for customized reporting and specialized account requirements. She is a liaison to our special application clients and assists with our IT.

Lee McAteer, Director of Employee Development:
Lee is responsible for hiring bright and enthusiastic employees. He trains all new employees on Focus policies and sets up training for individual account procedures.

Kathy Powell-White, Senior Communications Consultant:
Kathy is responsible for introducing new clients to Focus. She helps design customized accounts to best suit the needs of our new clients.

Anne Postich, Communications Consultant:
Anne is responsible for introducing new clients to Focus. She designs customized accounts to best suit the needs of our new clients.
